This Return / Exchange & Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures applicable to purchases made on our platform, specifically for online educational courses and digital learning content offered through the Direct Selling model. By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Eligibility for Return / Exchanges:
We allow refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You have purchased a course but are not satisfied with the content quality, and
  • You have raised a refund request within 24Hours of the purchase date.
  • There has been an error in granting course access or if you received the wrong course.

Return / Exchange Period:
You may request a course cancellation and refund within 24 hours from the date of purchase or course activation. After this period, no refund or exchange will be entertained.

Return / Exchange Process:
To initiate a return / exchange, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at contact.freelancetechacademy@gmail.com or +91-8707646972.
  • Share the following details:Full name and registered email ID, Order/Invoice number, Name of the course, Reason for refund or exchange.
  • Our team will verify your access logs and process your request within 7 business days.

Return / Exchange Conditions:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 10–14 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • No refund will be issued for promotional offers, discounts, or sale-based purchases unless a technical issue is proven.

Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following situations :

  • Request made after the 24 hours window
  • Course was purchased using a promo code, referral credit, or discount scheme
  • Any attempt to misuse or share login credentials.
  • User violated the platform’s Terms of Use or Code of Conduct.

Cooling Off Policy:
The Company provides a Cooling Off Policy to the Direct Sellers who wish to resign from their Direct Sellership within 30 days of their registration and return any Freelancecourse accessthat hasn’t been used or activated. In this case company shall provide a full refund for the products after deducting bonus paid (if any) and reversing the BV on the products/services (if any).

Intellectual Property and Digital Access
All online courses and digital content provided by Freelance are the exclusive intellectual property of the company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to the Copyright Act, 1957. Any unauthorized copying, downloading, reproduction, distribution, resale, public display, or sharing of course materials, in whole or in part, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a violation of intellectual property rights. Such unauthorized use shall render the user ineligible for any refund, return, or exchange and may also result in immediate termination of access without prior notice, in addition to legal action under applicable civil and criminal laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license solely for personal use upon purchase; any misuse of this license shall be deemed a material breach of the terms of service.
